Jill and Wally came to visit us during their spring break. Joel couldn't get away from work so it was just the two of them. We missed you Joel, and the dogs.
The wild turkey's came to visit, so Wally had to feed them. Did you notice that they don't seem too "wild"?
We made a trip to Custer State Park to see the buffalo and the donkeys. This big bull followed us for quite some time. We told Wally to hit it on the butt, but he said that it would push the car over. He is probably right!
Then we found the "wild" donkeys. They definitely not wild. Here is Wally feeding them carrots. Wally was not scared even though they were right in his face and tried to grab them out of his hand.
The donkeys surrounded the car, but what was really interesting is they licked the salt off the car.
This is what the side of our car looked liked after the donkeys got through with it.
Wally just had to climb on some rocks, so we stopped along the side of Boulder Hill road so he could do his thing.
We went through some boxes that contained some of Jill's things from when she was younger. Here Wally and Jill are playing with her Barbie and Ken dolls. Note the baby bed that Randy made for her quite some time ago.
We went for a walk on the ranch. Wally got side lined playing in the water near one of our ponds. He ended up with both boots filled with water, but he didn't care. Snow, water and little boys just go together.
Thanks for coming to visit. We enjoyed every minute of it!
